2. Product Information

Product pages show current selections, reference prices, images, material notes, capacity, origin, and descriptions where we can verify them. Ceramic pieces may vary in glaze tone, texture, firing marks, and dimensions. Small ceramic variation is not automatically a defect.

3. Inquiry-First Process

HalkilnLeaf is currently an inquiry-first store. A WhatsApp or email message does not create a confirmed order. Before payment, we confirm current stock, final price, product details, packing needs, delivery method, and destination with you.

4. Payment

Payment instructions are provided only after order details are confirmed. Prices and availability may change before confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information when requested.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery method, timing, packing, and cost are confirmed before payment. Singapore delivery is prioritized. Selected pieces may be available for international delivery by inquiry, depending on destination, item type, and fragile-goods packing requirements.

6. Returns & Damage

Returns and transit-damage issues are handled under our Returns & Damage policy. Return requests for ceramic pieces are reviewed case by case. If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us with clear photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product naming, page design, and brand material, belongs to HalkilnLeaf or its respective rights holders and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HalkilnLeaf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site, product inquiries, delivery delays, third-party platforms, or ceramic variation.
