Inquiry-First Orders
HalkilnLeaf is currently an inquiry-first store. Before payment, we confirm the selected piece, current stock, price, packing needs, delivery method, and destination with you. A WhatsApp or email inquiry does not by itself create a confirmed order.
Ceramic Variation
Ceramic pieces may show small differences in glaze tone, surface texture, firing marks, and dimensions. These natural variations are part of the object and are not treated as defects unless we have confirmed otherwise before payment.
Arrival Checks
Please check ceramic items soon after arrival. If a piece appears damaged in transit, keep the outer packaging, inner packing materials, and the damaged item. Clear photos of the package and item help us review what happened.
Damage Handling
For transit damage, contact us by WhatsApp or email with photos and your order details. Depending on the product, stock, delivery record, and packaging condition, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, refund, or another agreed solution.
Returns
Returns for ceramic pieces are reviewed case by case. If a return is appropriate, please contact us first and wait for instructions. Items sent back without prior agreement may not be accepted.
When We May Not Be Able to Help
We may be unable to offer a replacement or refund if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, returned without agreement, or if the original packaging and arrival photos are not available for a transit-damage review.
International Orders
Selected pieces may be available for international delivery by inquiry. Because ceramic shipping risk and cost vary by destination, packaging and damage handling terms will be confirmed before payment.
